Terry Logan
Terry E. Logan - As Lead Auditor for QMC (Quality Management Company LLC) Mr. Logan audited over 300 fabricators and erectors of buildings and bridges. Previous to that he conducted over 1000 assessments of the quality systems of various industry sectors including telecommunications, heavy equipment, medical device and automotive

Principal of Atema Inc., Mr. Logan brings nearly three decades of leadership in the fields of quality, manufacturing, training, auditing, program management and technical services. His work is relied upon by senior decision makers in the pharmaceutical, medical device, non profit, telecommunications, automotive, steel fabrication and heavy equipment manufacturer industries.

Mr. Logan has served as a college instructor in Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, SPC, Design of Experiments, and Metrology. He has also taught corporate classes on Six Sigma, Auditing, ISO 9000, Blueprint Reading, Basic Mechanics, Forming Steering Committees, and other classes related to business and quality. He is a Certified Manufacturing Engineer in the Society of Manufacturing Engineers; he is also a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor in the American Society for Quality.

 

 

                           Bob Wiswesser

Bob has been in the field and business of welder training, testing and inspection for over 35 years. He regularly supervises contracts for inspection and process validation in a multitude of industries with clients around the world. He holds qualifications as a SCWI, RI and ASNT level III in VT, MT, PT, UT methods. Bob is also currently Chairman of the AWS Certification Committee responsible for the CWI program and endorsements as well as the Radiographic Interpreter Certification Program.

 

 

Michael Mauris

Michael Mauris is a quality professional with background in welding, inspection, quality auditing and corporate safety programs. He has 25+ years applying these disciplines to technician, supervision and management positions in the structural steel and heavy equipment industry. Michael is currently an auditor for the AISC Certified Fabricator Program. He is a CWI and a CWE as well as company specific certifications for Internal Auditor, Level II MT/PT, SPC and OSHA Safety Trainer.

 

 

 

Anna Petroski
Before joining Atema, Anna Petroski served as President of QMC, an LLC auditing company responsible for execution and assessment of the American Institute of Steel Construction's Fabricator and Erector Certification Programs.
Anna Petroski is a hands-on educator and management executive with 20 years of experience in quality, fabrication, standards writing and executive association management.
Ms. Petroski's successes include field and management experience in manufacturing and heavy construction, as well as secondary and post-secondary teaching in construction and agricultural technologies. Her experience includes quality assurance and quality control work in the U.S. Navy's nuclear and non-nuclear welding engineering program. Management assignments at a large international machinery manufacturer demonstrated her success in gaining cooperation between divisions and uniting quality professionals on two continents behind universal customer quality requirements. This role and others prepared her for guiding and facilitating corporate change initiatives and new program introductions for Atema Inc. clients. She has implemented a number of international quality management systems such as: ISO 9001, Baldrige Quality and the International Institute of Welding. She is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and an AWS Certified Welding Inspector.
In these capacities, she facilitated committees that developed and authored national and international standards. The work of introducing new programs and standards to whole industries shaped her into a skilled presenter and promoter.
